Junior Fun
Welcome to a group from Pont-y-pwl & District Runners catering for children under 12 years of age.
We meet at 6.00pm in the park and train together whatever the weather. The Juniors enjoy exercising in a fun environment, lots of games but also skills – they love their Mo Farah ‘arms’ practice!
They are introduced to the discipline of dynamic stretches to warm up and static stretches to cool down. Under 8’s are welcome to join in as long as their parent/guardian remains in the park with us.
