The January Course is Now Full

New Year, New You?  Ready to improve your fitness?  For just £20, you can join a 9 week program led by experienced coaches.  Plus you will receive a free First-Steps t-shirt when you sign up.  Be part of our inclusive community at First Steps, and celebrate your progress with graduation at Pontypool Parkrun after 9 weeks.

Starts 13th January 2025 - Pontypool Leisure Centre - 6:30pm

The course will  consist of two organised sessions on Monday and Wednesday, 6:30pm from PALC with the option of a third
