Shorter routes will be offered at each training session, so don't be put off if you think it's too far, or too fast. We offer sessions for everyone. These are a guideline only*.

Beginners are most welcome -you will offered structured training specifically tailored for level of ability.

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions start at Pontypool Active Living Centre (ALC). Mondays at 6.30pm - Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.

Tuesday 2nd GLCL Parc Bryn Bach  
Thursday 4th    
Tuesday 9th 400m Intervals 12 x 400m On Path Around Rugby Pitch. Working in small pace groups. 
Thursday 11th 10km Pontypool 10k Home Run Route with shorter option of around 4.5 miles.
Sunday 14th  10 miles Sirhowy Challenge 
Tuesday 16th 5 x 1k Efforts Start on path towards Usk Rd Gates, loop around italian Gardens. Static Recoveries 90 secs
Thursday 18th 6km undulating Wheatsheaf - Llanhenock Loop. Meet at Wheatsheaf at 7pm
Sunday 21st  10km Royal Welsh Trail Run - Club Championship Race.
Tuesday 23rd GLCL Llanhennock Gwent Leisure Centre League approx 6 miles hosted by Caerleon Runners
Thursday 25 Social Run 5 mile  
Tuesday 30th Hill Reps  On Pathway towards towards Grotto, 10 x 60 Secs with Jog recoveries back to bottom.
