Shorter routes will be offered at each training session, so don't be put off if you think it's too far, or too fast. We offer sessions for everyone. These are a guideline only*.

Beginners are most welcome -you will offered structured training specifically tailored for level of ability.

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions start at Pontypool Active Living Centre (ALC). Mondays at 6.30pm - Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm.

Tues 1st Aug Leisure League race 5 - Cwmbran Start on Grange road just past Morrisons Supermarket, Cwmbran Town Centre
Thurs 3rd Steady 6 miles Pontypool 10k in reverse, with shorter options.
Fri 4th Mynydd Islwyn Murder Mile Mynyddislwyn NP12 2BG  7pm.  £4 Club championship Race
Sat 5th Llanthony Show Fell Race - 3 Miles From show ground just before Abbey 12.15pm  start...race entry included in show fee.
 Sun 6th Brecon Lions 10 mile Road Race.         Or                                                       Brecon Beacons fell Race -19miles
